Sign up now for this NEW co-ed class to be held at Park Hills Golf Course. Spinal mobility and balance are vital in any sport including golf. Explore breathing techniques and yoga poses to improve flexibility and fluidity to gain greater control of your golf swing. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or novice interested in yoga, all are welcome. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat.
