This NEW class gives you chance to try Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. The goal of this class is to introduce techniques so participants can join classes offered in the community. Classes will be held at the Read Park Pavilion Thursdays, Sept. 12-26th.
