Music Under the Stars is a summer favorite! Freeport Concert Band will be performing at 7:00 pm on Sundays, June 11-July 23 at the Koenig Amphitheater in Krape Park. There is plenty of bench seating or bring along your lawn chairs. Admission is free.

A CASCADE OF COLORS await you for your night drive through Krape Park. While the water is still on, the new waterfall lights will be on from 7:30 until 10 pm. This project was made possible with a generous donation to the Park District.

One-stop convenience, wide walkways and a safer alternative to trekking up and down streets make the Trick-or-Treat Trail at Krape Park a family favorite. Join the fun on Saturday, October 29th from 3:00-5:00 pm. The trail begins by the carousel. Admission is free.          

The Park District is grateful for the skills of the Master Gardeners from the University of Illinois Extension for their ongoing care of the beautiful gardens in Krape Park.
