The Freeport Park District is seeking applicants interested in an eleven-month AmeriCorps Member placement to create and develop a program to recruit, train and administer community volunteers(For details click here).   To apply, contact our sponsoring agency, the Illinois Public Health Association at www.ipha.com/americorps.  Application deadline is July 18, 2016. 

Join the Freeport Park District and FHN for the annual Movie in the Park Series.  Movie will begin at approximately 8:30 PM depending on day light.  There will be activities and music beginning at 7:00 PM.  The featured presentation on September 4th is Happy Feet.
