Call to Artists – Memorial “Artistic Space” in Krape Park

To memorialize Mrs. Anna Belle Koenig Nimmo, the Freeport Parks Foundation (FPF) is planning to create an “artistic space” in Krape Park, specifically in the Commissioner’s Garden. The intent is to honor Anna Belle Nimmo’s passion for the arts and merge this with her dedication to preserve green spaces in the community for all to enjoy. She promoted creativity and dedicated endless time to civic causes throughout Freeport, and dedicating an artistic space to her is intended to inspire imagination for current and future generations.  For more information and an artist application, click here.
