Job Title: Krape Park Facilities Supervisor

Summary: Freeport Park District is seeking a seasonal Krape Park Facilities Supervisor to directly oversee boat rentals, carousel and miniature golf course. The ideal candidate shall be a responsible, safety-oriented leader that enjoys working outdoors with people.
Duties: The Krape Park Facilities Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of seasonal workers to ensure the successful operation of park facilities. Supervisory responsibilities include scheduling, directing and monitoring daily work assignments and assist with hiring, training and appraising performance of workers. Job duties also include customer service; cash control; housekeeping; and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid Illinois Driver’s License. Ability to attain First Aid and CPR certification.
Hourly Wage: $11 – 13 per hour
