Ready to try something new?

Our adult programs, geared for ages 18 and older, are the perfect way to stay active, expand your skills, and connect with others. From improving your swing in adult golf lessons to finding balance and calm with tai chi or yoga, there’s something for every interest and energy level. Prefer a more social activity? Join a lively game of pickleball and meet new friends on the court. Parents can even stay fit while spending time with little ones in our stroller and wagon workouts. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, relax your mind, or enjoy new experiences, our hands-on programs make it fun and rewarding.

Maybe you’d rather unleash your creativity with a hands-on macramé workshop, discover a new hobby through one of our craft or special interest classes, or reconnect with the outdoors in programs that blend fitness and nature. Whatever your passion, our adult programs are designed to inspire exploration, spark learning, and make every experience fun and rewarding.
